Many small and medium-sized enterprises are greedy for cheap procurement of non-standard aluminum wire drawing oil, which appears cheap on the surface but is actually more expensive to use! The following issues are usually faced. 1. Short service life During the use of wire drawing oil, the quality is poor. Due to the excessive amount of oil sludge and yellow robe, the settling performance of wire drawing oil is poor, and the oil film taken away by the aluminum wire during stretching is relatively thick, which can lead to high daily maintenance consumption. The normal service life of aluminum wire drawing oil is 6-10 months, while the service life of low-end products is only 3-4 months. Low safety Use low-end products with low flash point and fast evaporation of non-standard oils.
