Three taboos when using sheet and pipe drawing oil

Sheet pipe drawing oil can be commonly referred to as engine oil. The standard for adding sheet pipe drawing oil is to make the lubricating oil surface in the engine bottom be located between the upper and lower scales of the oil scale, and it is better to add high-quality sheet pipe drawing oil. Therefore, there are "three taboos" when adding sheet and pipe drawing oil.
Avoid mixing new and old sheet and pipe drawing oils. The old sheet and pipe drawing oil contains substances with strong oxidizing properties. After the new and old sheet pipe drawing oil is mixed, the use effect of the new sheet pipe drawing oil can be reduced. If you add new sheet and pipe drawing oil all at once in the engine, it can be used for more than 500 hours. If half of the new sheet and pipe drawing oil is mixed with half of the old sheet and pipe drawing oil, the use time is less than 200 hours. Because of the poor lubrication properties of the drawing oil of the old sheet and pipe, it is easy to cause serious abrasion and black smoke of the machine body.
Second, avoid adding too much drawing oil to sheet and pipe. When the upper scale line of the oil gauge is exceeded, the drawing oil of the sheet pipe will easily escape into the combustion chamber, causing the exhaust pipe to spray engine oil and emit blue smoke. This will not only increase the consumption of sheet pipe drawing oil, but also incompletely burned sheet pipe drawing oil will produce a large amount of carbon deposits on the piston top and valve seat, aggravate the wear of mechanical parts, and even cause piston seizure or damage.
Three avoidance of sheet and pipe drawing oil is not added in time. If you do not add sheet and pipe drawing oil in time, the oil level of the oil pan will be too low, resulting in too high oil temperature and poor lubrication. What's more serious is that because the oil level of the oil pan is lower than the lower mark of the oil dipstick, the machine may cause the sheet pipe to stretch the oil collector to expose the oil surface, causing the oil pump to suck in air and not supply oil, causing serious accidents such as tile burning.
