2) Synthetic cutting fluid can be used for fine grinding processing, which is converted into working fluid at a ratio of 5%-10%.
3) For ultra-precision grinding, a mixture of 98% kerosene and 2% barium petroleum sulfonate or a chlorine-containing extreme pressure cutting oil can be selected to achieve good grinding results. However, the cutting fluid must be finely filtered before use.

Good cleaning performance: This can wash away a large amount of grinding debris and grinding wheel powder generated during grinding processing in time to reduce the blockage of the grinding wheel.
