Emulsified oil is a product made by adding an appropriate amount of rust inhibitor and emulsifier to the Base Oil. The oil-based appearance is a brownish yellow to light brown semi transparent uniform oil body at room temperature. Suitable for multi-station processing of black and non-ferrous metal workpieces in metal processing, as well as high-speed and high-precision cutting of commonly used machine tools such as turning, drilling, boring, reaming, wire cutting, and rolling. It can also improve the durability and cutting efficiency of cutting tools.

An emulsion composed of rust resistant emulsified oil and water mixed in a certain proportion has excellent rust prevention, lubrication, cleaning, cooling, and other properties. Widely used in the mechanical industry, in metal processing such as turning and grinding, and also for rust prevention, flushing, and cooling in the production process of metal welded pipes.

Scope of application of anti rust emulsified oil:
Mainly used in processes such as turning, grinding, milling, and planing in metal processing, especially suitable for cast iron, carbon steel, bearing steel, as well as materials such as copper and copper alloys, aluminum and aluminum alloys, and can also be used as pressure transmission fluid in hydraulic systems.

Anti rust emulsified oil has excellent rust resistance and lubricity, and is suitable for almost all metals and all processing methods. Metal materials can be used for turning, cutting, grinding, stretching, and other purposes, with a wide range of uses and relatively low prices. It can effectively improve the surface smoothness of machined parts, extend the service life of cutting tools, and prevent rust problems of workpieces and machine tools, meeting the requirements of rust prevention during long-term work processes.

When using anti rust emulsified oil, it is mixed with water in a certain proportion as an emulsion, which is widely used in metal processing, cutting, and other occasions. When using anti rust emulsified oil mixed with water, adding water first and then adding oil will have a better effect.

Usage of anti rust emulsified oil:

Dip coating method involves immersing clean metal parts in a liquid form of anti rust oil. When the oil is fully coated on the metal surface to a certain oil film thickness, it is removed and drained to complete the dip coating. This method is mostly applicable to large quantities of metal products and spare parts, such as oil seals for small and medium-sized metal parts such as bearings, measuring tools, cutting tools, hardware, standard parts, automotive and agricultural machinery spare parts. Large pieces can also be coated with single piece immersion coating. Not suitable for products with coated layers.


Brush coating method, using a brush to dip anti rust oil onto the surface of clean metal parts. This method is applicable to all products, especially for areas with coatings or oil repellent areas that can only be partially rust-proof, and brushing is more suitable. For example, large machinery and equipment can be coated with a brush dipped in oil. For products with complex structures, pipelines, and multiple holes, they should be used in conjunction with other methods. In the process of brushing, the coating should not be too thick. It should be evenly brushed vertically and horizontally to avoid oxygen Concentration cell on the metal surface due to uneven thickness of the coating, which will lead to corrosion at the thick part of the coating. Prevent corrosion caused by missed brushing.

Spray coating method, in use, high-pressure air jet is used to spray anti rust oil onto the surface of clean metal parts. This method is suitable for coating large areas of flat surfaces, column surfaces, precision product surfaces, and exposed surfaces inside and outside large mechanical equipment. During the spraying process, choose a spray gun based on the viscosity of the oil, control the appropriate pressure, and ensure that the oil mist is uniform without filamentous oil or intermittent phenomena. Simultaneously controlling a certain oil temperature and spraying distance, extending the coating to the surface of the workpiece in a certain direction
