For example, large machinery and equipment can be coated with a brush dipped in oil. For products with complex structures, pipelines, and multiple holes, they should be used in conjunction with other methods. In the process of brushing, the coating should not be too thick. It should be evenly brushed vertically and horizontally to avoid oxygen Concentration cell on the metal surface due to uneven thickness of the coating, which will lead to corrosion at the thick part of the coating. Prevent corrosion caused by missed brushing.
Spray coating method, in use, high-pressure air jet is used to spray anti rust oil onto the surface of clean metal parts. This method is suitable for coating large areas of flat surfaces, column surfaces, precision product surfaces, and exposed surfaces inside and outside large mechanical equipment. During the spraying process, choose a spray gun based on the viscosity of the oil, control the appropriate pressure, and ensure that the oil mist is uniform without filamentous oil or intermittent phenomena. Simultaneously controlling a certain oil temperature and spraying distance, extending the coating to the surface of the workpiece in a certain direction
