Antirust emulsified oil mixed with water in a certain proportion has good antirust, lubricating, cleaning, cooling and other properties. Coating method of anti-rust emulsified oil:
Dip coating method: Immerse clean metal parts in liquid anti-rust oil. This method is mostly suitable for large quantities of metal products and spare parts, such as oil seals for small and medium-sized metal parts such as bearings, tools and measuring tools, cutting tools, hardware, standard parts, automobile and agricultural machinery spare parts. By brushing, apply anti-rust oil with a brush and apply it to the surface of clean metal parts. This method is suitable for all products, especially for the parts with paint or oil-free parts, which can only be partially rust-proof, it is more suitable to use brushing. For example, large-scale machinery and equipment can be painted with brush oil. For products with complex structure, pipes and many holes, it should be used in combination with other methods. During the brushing process, the coating should not be too thick, and should be evenly brushed vertically and horizontally, so as to avoid the generation of oxygen concentration cells on the metal surface due to the uneven thickness of the coating, which will cause corrosion in the thick coating. Prevent corrosion due to missing brushes.


Spraying method, in use, high-pressure jet sprays anti-rust oil on the surface of clean metal parts. This square is suitable for the coating of large-area planes, column surfaces, surfaces of precision products, and the inside and outside exposed surfaces of large machinery and equipment. In the spraying process, choose the spray gun according to the viscosity of the oil, control the appropriate pressure, the oil mist should be uniform, and there should be no filamentous oil or discontinuity. At the same time, control a certain oil temperature and spray distance, and extend the coating on the surface of the workpiece in a certain direction.
