1. Handheld refractometer
Refractometer, also known as refractometer, is an instrument that can determine the refractive index nD and the average dispersion nF-nC of transparent and translucent liquids or solids (mainly to measure transparent liquids).

2. Hydrometer

The long pipe of the liquid hydrometer is often marked with the following digital scale 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1.0...... With this instrument, the object will sink only to a depth where the weight of the liquid it displaces is exactly equal to its own weight. Therefore, the hydrometer sinks deeper in the lighter liquid than it does in the heavier liquid. It sinks deeper in alcohol, for example, than in alcohol mixed with water; It is lighter in pure milk than in watered milk. The hydrometer is successively inserted into various liquids with decreasing specific gravity, such as sulfuric acid (1.8), water (1.0), ether (0.717), etc., and the depth of its sinking is gradually deepened.

Solutions are divided into acids and bases. The "ruler" for testing the pH of the solution is the "extensive pH test paper", which is a ready-made test paper. When used, tear off a strip, put it in the surface dish, dip a dry glass rod into a drop of the solution to be tested, or use a plastic dropper to absorb the solution and drop it in the middle of the test paper, and then compare the color change of the test paper with the standard colometric card to know the acid and alkaline degree of the solution, which is very convenient.

6. Tapping torque machine
