Water-soluble extreme pressure cutting fluid contains water-soluble borate and water-soluble borate, which can provide cutting fluid with good lubricity and extreme pressure. Oleic acid, triethanolamine, benzoate, Penetrant, rust inhibitor, defoamer, etc. are partially converted into water-soluble ester through high temperature reaction, and the other part is uniformly dispersed in water in the state of colloidal particles under the action of emulsifier, which can ensure that the cutting fluid has good penetration. The cutting fluid does not deteriorate at room temperature and can be used for a long time.
The water-soluble extreme pressure cutting fluid is formulated into a 95% aqueous solution, which is used for 40 days in the permanent magnet material slicer. It is non-toxic, harmless, and non-irritating. The cutting fluid does not deteriorate or discharge during use, and it only needs to replenish the cutting fluid regularly to meet the needs of machining accuracy. Compared with oil-based cutting fluid, it has low cost and is an ideal cutting fluid substitute. Production Method: (1) preparation of boric acid ester and molybdate: in the closed reaction kettle, the control reaction temperature is 90～180 ℃, and water-soluble boric acid ester and water-soluble molybdate are obtained respectively. (2) Use borate ester and molybdate ester as raw materials, then add oleic acid, rust inhibitor, defoamer, penetrant, emulsifier, etc. and polymerize into water-based cutting fluid by heating.
Precautions: The proportions of each component of this product are as follows: 8~10 borate ester, 2~4 molybdate ester, 0.5~2 oleic acid, 5~8 triethanolamine, 2~4 benzoate, 6 rust inhibitor ~10, defoamer 1~3, emulsifier 10~18, penetrant 2~3, water was added to 100. Remarks:
The above rust inhibitor includes phytic acid or higher fatty acid; emulsifier includes non-ionic surfactant OP or AEO; alcohol is methanol; ethanol or butanol.
