Water-Glycol Fire Resistant Hydraulic Fluid
It is a fire-resistant hydraulic fluid refined with water and glycol as the base fluid and adding various additives such as anti-wear agent, antioxidant, rust inhibitor and Anti-foaming Agent. Classified according to international standards, it is a water-glycol type non-combustible hydraulic oil of IS OL-HFC category.

Performance characteristics
◎ Excellent flame resistance to ensure safe use of oil at high temperature or in contact with open flames
◎ Extremely low freezing point to ensure easy start at low temperature
◎ Excellent high and low temperature stability (stable true solution), no deterioration, storage period of up to two years
◎ Good gas and liquid rust resistance and copper corrosion resistance, meeting the requirements of gas and liquid two-phase rust prevention
◎ Good lubrication performance to ensure the lubrication and service life of the hydraulic oil pump
◎ Long service life, under normal working conditions and use conditions, the service life is not less than 10,000 hours.

Scope of application
◎ Widely used in hydraulic systems operating in open flame and high temperature environments, becoming an important anti-flammable hydraulic medium
◎ Mainly used in iron and steel, coal mine, light industry, chemical industry, mechanical processing, plastic processing industries that need fire protection.

Precautions
◎ Avoid mixing with mineral oil type hydraulic oil.
◎ When using the product, the water content in the oil should be checked regularly to avoid reducing the fire resistance.
◎ Under normal circumstances, the open fuel tank should not exceed 55℃, and the closed fuel tank should not exceed 65℃. If the temperature is too high and the water evaporates too much, the viscosity of the hydraulic fluid will increase, which will affect the use effect.

Ester type flame retardant hydraulic oil
It is made of synthetic oil with a specific structure as the Base Oil, and is made of additives such as anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and lubrication. It belongs to a new generation of non-toxic and biodegradable green lubricants.

Scope of application

◎ Can replace phosphate ester type fire-resistant hydraulic oil
◎ Operating temperature range: -20℃~135℃

Precautions
◎ When replacing mineral oil hydraulic oil, the mineral oil content in the system should be less than 5%
◎ When replacing water-based fire-resistant hydraulic oil, the water content in the system should be less than 0.2%
◎ When replacing phosphate ester and other ester type fire-resistant hydraulic oil, attention should be paid to compatibility and adaptability of seals
