1. The method of filtering can be selected, and a centrifugal quenching oil filter can be used to carry out filtration removal

2. After the temperature of the oil groove is increased to 90 ° C, turn off the oil groove heater. Diversify and slowly add 2-3%carbon removal (preferably to disperse the carbon removal agent with clean plastic barrels), turn on the circulation and mixing device for about 8-12 hours (be sure to turn off the cooling device) to ensure the removal After the carbon agent is completely dispersed, turn off the circulation and mixing device, close the door, and check and verify. The quenching oil is settled for 3-5 days, and the oil tank heater, stirring and circulating cooling device cannot be started. Use the submarine pump to pump from the oil tank to the clean oil storage tank or barrel. The submarine oil pump cannot be too deep during the oil pump to prevent the deposits of carbon black and water out of water. Remove the oil (about one -third of) and the sediments of about 30 ~ 35cm at the bottom of the oil groove, and completely clean the oil groove. If it is a mesh furnace, it is necessary to remove the lifting machine and the net zone; if it is used for multiple furnaces, the lifting machine needs to be cleaned. After cleaning the oil tank, put the clean oil into the oil tank, and remove the sedimentation part of the oil storage tank or the bottom of the barrel. The oil level in the groove in the carbon will be reduced, and the new oil to the oil level will be filled immediately.

1. After the long -term use of quenching oil, the performance of oil products will decline. It is recommended to communicate with oil suppliers, extract the currently used quenching oil samples, perform oil testing, and add appropriate additives according to the testing of oil products.

2. Add additives to restore and improve the cooling performance, light performance and antioxidant performance of quenching oil. Or add a certain amount of new oil to improve the performance of oil! If the results of the oil testing are not satisfactory, it is recommended to replace the new oil when the funds can be replaced.
