NO.2 General principle of 'Five Don'ts' 1) Do not directly rust treat workpieces with oil stains or moisture; 2) Do not tightly package wet workpieces; 3) Do not directly store workpieces that have not undergone rust prevention treatment; 4) Do not store the workpiece after rust prevention treatment in a damp environment; 5) Do not mix other oil products with anti rust oil. According to the classification of rust prevention products, different types of rust prevention oils also have their special points to pay attention to during use. This article takes volatile rust prevention oils as an example to explain. Volatile anti rust oil is made by blending volatile hydrocarbon compounds with various film forming agents and anti rust additives. After being applied to the metal surface, the solvent evaporates and leaves a uniform anti rust film. During use, it has fast evaporation speed, good film-forming properties, and excellent rust resistance.
