The lubricating effect of metal cutting fluid in the cutting process can reduce the friction between the front cutting edge and the chips, and between the back cutting edge and the processed surface, forming a partial lubricating film, thereby reducing the cutting force, friction and power consumption, reducing the surface temperature and tool wear of the friction part between the tool and the workpiece blank, and improving the cutting performance of the workpiece material. During the grinding process, after the grinding fluid is added, the metal processing grinding fluid penetrates into the grinding wheel abrasive grains-workpiece and abrasive grains-chips to form a lubricating film, which reduces the friction between the interfaces, prevents the abrasive cutting edge from wearing and the chips from adhering, thereby reducing the grinding force and friction heat, and improving the durability of the grinding wheel and the surface quality of the workpiece.
Use Method
1. Dilute with ordinary tap water to a concentration of 3-5% during grinding, and it can be used. When cutting, the concentration should be set at 10-15%.
2. When using, it is necessary to regularly observe the pH value and effective component concentration, and regularly supplement the newly prepared working solution. If there is any deterioration or odor, it should be thoroughly replaced.
