What is semi fluid grease: Semi fluid lubrication is the abbreviation of grease specification. It consists of dispersion phase (thickener), dispersion medium (high viscosity lubricating oil) and various additives. It is between high viscosity lubricating oil and plastic grease. It has good adhesion ability under dynamic conditions and plays a lubricating role. Under static conditions, it is suitable for automatic oil supply, convenient for transportation, and has dual functions of lubrication and sealing.
The advantages of using semi fluid grease for planetary reducer are: 1. The problem of oil leakage, dripping and splashing of the planetary reducer is fundamentally solved, and the environmental pollution is reduced. 2. The planetary reducer has less oil filling times, good lubrication conditions and small gear wear, which extends the service life and maintenance cycle of the equipment and saves spare parts, maintenance and management costs. 3. The service life of lubricating oil is long. The oil change period is 3-6 times longer than that of machine wiping oil. It can be used for 1-6 years, saving lubricating oil and cost, and reducing energy consumption. 4. The lubricating grease has the characteristics of high ignition point, small leakage, fire resistance, flame retardancy, etc. It is suitable for high temperature combustion underground.
