The long-term use of cutting fluid needs to meet the following three conditions: The correct selection of cutting fluid products; Cutting fluid daily maintenance method is correct; Reasonable equipment (removing oil slick equipment, centralized liquid supply equipment, etc.).

There is no obvious residue on the surface of the workpiece processed by the synthetic liquid, and it is more smooth and clean. It can be directly anodized after rinsing with water (no need to clean with water-based cleaning agent), and the anodizing pass rate reaches 100%.

According to the statistics of machine tool operators, the use of raw emulsion and synthetic liquid are about 10 days to replace a tool, the impact on tool life is not much.

The machine tool has no corrosion and rust phenomenon, compared with the machine tool with emulsion, the cutting fluid has less wall residue, the window visibility is better, the machine is cleaner and the production environment is clean.
