Metalworking fluid is an industrial chemical liquid used to cool and lubricate tools and workpieces during metal cutting, cutting and grinding. The cutting fluid is compounded by a variety of super functional additives.

High flash point, high boiling point, low freezing point, low viscosity, improved operability;

High alkali storage capacity and PH stability;

The precipitation of cobalt metal is far lower than other amines, which can prolong the service life of the tool;

The precipitation of copper is much lower than that of other amines;

It has good corrosion protection to ferrous metals and low corrosion to aluminum and its alloys;

It has very low toxicity and is not easy to mutate. The nitrite produced by long-term exposure to the air is very low and will not cause allergy to human skin;

Good biodegradability, low bioaccumulation and high biological stability;
Good adaptability to hard water.
