The replacement antirust oil has a antirust period of more than 1 year, with additional packaging, so the antirust period is longer. It has excellent damp heat resistance, salt fog resistance, atmospheric corrosion resistance, and good water film and human sweat displacement. It is mainly used for rust prevention between metal processes and sealing. The antirust property is superior to dehydrated antirust oil. 2. Different methods of use Usage of replacement antirust oil 1) Sealed for rust prevention: Clean and dry parts or parts cleaned with organic solvent can be brushed, dipped or sprayed with this product. The rust prevention period is more than 1 year, with additional packaging, and the rust prevention period is longer. 2) Dehydration and antirust: the workpiece with water is directly immersed in antirust oil, and then taken out after dehydration. 3) Rust prevention between processes: dilute 1-2 times with aviation kerosene for use, and the rust prevention period is 1 month. When selecting dehydrated antirust oil, we should pay attention to many problems. Generally speaking, there are three principles for selecting dehydrated antirust oil: 1. It is recommended to swing from time to time for better effect. Parts with pores and blind holes must be rolled to ensure better dehydration effect. 2. The dehydrated parts shall be protected from secondary water contact, direct hand touch and other acidic substances. 3. The bottom of the dehydration oil tank shall be tapered and equipped with valves to discharge water or pollutants in the tank regularly; The upper end of the conical part shall be provided with a mesh partition to limit the flow of separated water in the oil. Before drainage, the dehydrated oil and water in the oil tank shall have a static separation time of more than 60 minutes.
Points needing attention when using dehydrated antirust oil 1. To ensure the best effect of rust prevention, do not mix with other grease. 2. This product should be stored in a cool and dry place, pay attention to moisture and sun protection, and keep the container sealed. It is strictly prohibited to mix with other sundries. 3. After using this product, pay attention to the storage environment of the workpiece, and try to store it in a dry and cool place.
