When the gas enters the liquid, bubbles will be generated in the liquid and "impact" with the surfactant in the cutting fluid. Therefore, these surfactants tightly wrap these small bubbles to make them more stable, so bubbles appear.

The above is the principle of bubble generation. What are the specific factors that cause the cutting fluid to bubble?
1. The cutting fluid level is too low;
2. The cutting fluid flow rate is too fast, and bubbles do not overflow in time, resulting in more and more foam;
3. In the water tank planning, the bevel angle is too large, or the cutting fluid nozzle angle is too straight;
4. The surface active dose in cutting fluid is large;

5. The water quality is too soft, resulting in too much foam.

1. In the centralized refrigeration system, the pipes are connected in series by stages, and the pipe pressure near the cooling box should be lower.
2. Make sure that the liquid level of cutting fluid is not too low. Check the liquid level in time and add cutting fluid in time.
3. Control the flow rate of cutting fluid not too fast.
4. When designing the water tank, it should be noted that the slope angle of the water tank should not be too large.
5. When using cutting fluid, pay attention to that the angle of view of the cutting fluid nozzle should not be too straight.
