1. Temperature Control.
When the lubricant temperature and water temperature are too high, the oil is prone to deteriorate at high temperatures and produce high-molecular gums, asphaltenes and other impurities; when the temperature is too low, it is easy to condense the gas and cause liquid phase corrosion, and it is easy to If precipitation occurs in the equipment box, the normal temperature should be controlled between 80-90 degrees. 2. Strengthen the maintenance of filtration equipment. The lubricating oil filter can filter out impurities and precipitation in the lubricating oil in time, so it can extend the life of the lubricating oil. The oil filter should be cleaned and maintained frequently as required, and the filter element should be checked and replaced in time. The filter element and filter should be pressed flat and properly, so as not to increase the gap and reduce the filtering effect.
3. Ensure that the oil filtering equipment is clean and unobstructed. Ventilation of the oil tank of the oil filter equipment can clear the gas in time, and prevent the moisture and carbon dioxide in the gas from entering the lubricating oil, which will accelerate the formation of precipitation. Strengthening the inspection of the clean and unobstructed device of the oil tank of the oil filter equipment to keep it clean and unobstructed is an important measure to delay the deterioration of lubricating oil. 4. Clean the lubrication system properly.
