Generally, the chain oil under normal temperature is mineral oil, and the polyether chain oil with high temperature is 220 ℃. Once the temperature is exceeded, carbon deposition (abnormal operation), volatilization will increase significantly (oil consumption will increase), and oil fume (pungent and easy to condense and drop to pollute the product or equipment) will occur. The most important thing about chain oil is that it has no carbon deposition (damage prevention), less volatilization, low fuel consumption, and no odor and pollution.
This kind of polyether products will have the following characteristics when applied to high-temperature chain oil: [1] Excellent high and low temperature performance, the machine is easy to start at low temperature, and can be used for a long time under the condition of no more than 220 "C: [2) High flash point, low volatilization, extremely low carbon deposition and coking after long-term use at high temperature, which can keep the equipment clean for a long time: [3] Excellent lubricity, excellent lubricity under high temperature and heavy conditions: [4) Good detergency, which can clean the chain polluted by other poor chain lubricants [5] It is non-toxic, odorless, harmless to human body and environment. Fully synthetic ester chain oil, without any other oil, can meet most of the high temperature places, such as SMT reflow welding, textile printing and dyeing stenter setting machine, paint baking workshop drive, various types of oven drive chain, etc. Like high-temperature chain oil, high-temperature chain oil of heat setting machine. High-temperature chain oil for automobile spraying line has a service temperature of - 30 ℃ to 250 ℃. This kind of high-temperature chain oil often encounters shrinkage problems in use. If you want to solve this problem, you must make the following adjustments: 1. The flash point of Base Oil PAG polyether must be raised. The low flash point will easily vaporize at high temperature, and then it will be discharged through the openings on both sides. When it meets low temperature, it will condense and cause shrinkage holes. So we need to lower the temperature of PAG polyether at 110-120 ℃, and the flash point can be increased by 20-30 ℃. 2. Do not add additives containing silicon. Silicon will lead to poor compatibility with paint, which will lead to shrinkage, 3. Phenolic antioxidants should not be added, such as L135 antioxidant, which will reduce the flash point and also lead to poor compatibility, so phenolic antioxidants should not be added.
