Security:
The appearance of volatile stamping oil should be clear and transparent, and will not change the surface color of the workpiece; The smell is mild and the pollution to the workshop environment is reduced, which requires the Base Oil to contain less aromatics, olefins and sulfides, which come into contact with the operator's skin and respiratory tract, which can easily lead to respiratory and skin diseases. The flash point of volatile stamping oil is higher to ensure the safety of use, the flash point of aluminum fin stamping oil is greater than 60 ° C, and the flash point of condensed copper tube processing oil is greater than 40 ° C.

Corrosiveness:
The corrosion performance of volatile stamping oil on non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper is a key indicator for the study of oil products. By controlling acid value, sulfur content and other indicators to ensure that stamping oil does not corrod aluminum and copper metals, especially to control the water-soluble acid base of stamping oil, the acid value index should be less than 0.5mgKOH/g. Copper corrosion is no greater than grade 1.

Volatility:
In order to meet the requirements of no-cleaning process, control the residual amount of stamping oil, and develop the volatile property and drying property of oil are the key indexes.

Lubricity:
In order to meet the needs of high-speed stamping of aluminum fins, the stamping oil must have appropriate lubricity, on the one hand, it can reduce the friction heat generation of the stamping die, prevent the mold temperature from being too high, resulting in the reduction of the gap between the convex and concave dies, resulting in the sintering of aluminum fins, strain, etc.; On the other hand, it can reduce the wear and adhesion of the stamping die and extend the service life of the stamping die.

Hydrophilicity:
Hydrophilic aluminum foil is widely used in heat exchangers of household air conditioners, requiring oil products to have no effect on the hydrophilic properties of hydrophilic aluminum foil.

Base oil plays a decisive role in the performance of stamping oil, and the viscosity of base oil determines the fluid lubricity of stamping oil. The flash point of the base oil is an important guarantee to ensure the safety of the use of stamping oil. During the processing of aluminum fins, the temperature of the stamping oil is between 50cl= -60Cl =, so the flash point of the stamping oil is required to be greater than 60cl=; The degreasing performance of stamping oil is directly related to the distillation range of base oil. The narrower the distillation range, the better the degreasing performance. The toxicity and odor of stamping oil are related to the content of aromatics and sulfur. In order to meet the low toxicity and mild odor of stamping oil, the mass fraction of aromatics of base oil is required to be less than 1% and the mass fraction of sulfur is less than 0.01%. In addition, the base oil of the condensed copper pipe processing oil must be chlorine free.
