Purified water is electrolyzed and ionized into micro-electric water (ph up to 13.8) in an electrolytic cell. Micro-electric water has good cutting fluid properties (cooling, lubrication, rust prevention, cleaning), and can be directly used as cutting fluid in special occasions.
