If the fluid circulating pump is not sealed tightly, air will be sucked in, and the foam of liquid will also be increased. 3. The flow rate of cutting fluid is too fast, and there is no time for bubbles to overflow. The more bubbles accumulate, the more foam is produced. 4. The volume of cutting fluid tank is too small, resulting in insufficient standing time of cutting fluid. 5. The system design is unreasonable, especially the layout of return pipe and liquid tank. 6. There are too many right angles in the water tank design, or the nozzle angle of cutting fluid is too straight. 7. Occasional foam problems are often caused by external influences, such as the cutting fluid is polluted by cleaning agents and infiltrates impurities.
Terms of settlement 1. In the centralized cooling system, the pipelines are connected in series by stages, and the pipeline pressure near the cooling box should be lower. 2. Ensure that the liquid level of cutting fluid is not too low. Check the liquid level in time and add cutting fluid in time. 3. Control the cutting fluid flow rate not too fast. 4. When designing flume, attention should be paid not to too many flume right angles. 5. When using cutting fluid, the cutting fluid nozzle angle shall not be too straight. There are many reasons for foam during cutting fluid processing. In addition to the problem of cutting fluid formula, daily maintenance and management are also very important.
