High-temperature threaded grease is a non-melting high-temperature fully synthetic grease that can maintain good lubricating properties under high temperature (up to 1100°C) conditions. In addition, high-temperature threaded grease has strong water resistance and can maintain a good lubricating liquid film even under severe water pollution. In high-temperature places where ordinary grease cannot be used, the grease will never become thinner, will not melt, still maintain viscosity and stay in the distributed position. The use temperature is -40~1100℃, the amount of coking is small: the Base Oil of the paraphenylene ester is used very little.
High temperature threaded grease is suitable for preventing the adhesion and sintering of various bolts, nuts, and threads, and prevent the wear, cold welding, seizing or sintering of the threads. Good effect for bolts used in high temperature parts. High temperature threaded grease is recommended to be used at a water ratio of 1:10 or 1:30 (depending on the working conditions)
1. Try to use low-mineral water mixed with this product, which will help extend the life of the working fluid, reduce the use of concentrated fluid, and reduce the amount of take away.
2. When mixing cutting fluid with water, pay attention to always pour the concentrated fluid into the water to make it play a good role, and be careful not to reverse it.
3. Using the pre-adjusted coolant as a daily addition will improve the working effect of the coolant and reduce the amount of concentrated liquid. The daily replenishment concentration should be determined based on water evaporation and daily consumption.
