What does it take to make a good semi synthetic microemulsion cutting fluid?

The semi synthetic microemulsion cutting fluid Additive Package is composed of a highly effective rust inhibitor, emulsifier, extreme pressure lubricant, special amine, and bactericide system.

It presents a microemulsion white and transparent state, with strong rust resistance, excellent cooling, lubrication, and cleaning properties. The formula is stable and free of toxic substances. The semi synthetic microemulsion cutting fluid formulated from the composite agent will not delaminate and demulsify when placed for a long time.

The product is suitable for processing various non ferrous metals and ferrous metals; Long service life. It is recommended to use naphthenic Base Oil for blending.
