In the process of construction, if the hydraulic oil is found to be insufficient, it should be replenished in time. Lack of hydraulic oil can easily cause problems such as no movement of vehicles, large pump suction, damage to hydraulic components, etc. The hydraulic oil to be replenished must be the same as the oil grade in the original oil tank, and the hydraulic oil should exceed the hydraulic pump and be replenished to the position specified by the oil mark. Stop the equipment operation and open the oil drain ball valve switch under the hydraulic oil tank after the oil pump is completely stopped. (Note: do a good job in collecting old oil and recycling environmental protection) 2. Add oil
During refueling, inject the hydraulic oil into the oil tank through the oil return filter element through the oil suction pipe of the filler (note: avoid secondary pollution during refueling) The hydraulic oil filling quantity shall be filled in strict accordance with the requirements. When the hydraulic oil is filled to the specified position, the preparation for stopping oil suction shall be made in advance to achieve "just right". The specific operation shall be carried out according to the liquid temperature level gauge on the hydraulic oil tank. (See the figure below)

After filling the hydraulic oil, in order to avoid damaging the large pump, we should exhaust the large pump. The exhaust should be sufficient, subject to the hydraulic oil overflowing from the exhaust hole. (Note: When venting the large tonnage pump, if there is no hydraulic oil overflow, the hydraulic oil can be poured into the large pump) After replacing the hydraulic oil, remember to replace the old oil suction, oil return and pilot filter element at the same time. The replacement of hydraulic oil and hydraulic filter element must be through the regular channels, buy the genuine products, buy the genuine ones, and the quality is good.
