1. Handheld refractometer
Refractometer, also known as refractometer, is an instrument that can measure the refractive index nD and average dispersion nF-Nc of transparent, semi-transparent liquid or solid (mainly transparent liquid).

2. Hydrometer

The long tube of the hydrometer is usually marked with the following digital scales: 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1.0... When the hydrometer sinks to the scale of 0.9 in the liquid, you can immediately know that the measured liquid density is 0.9. With this kind of instrument, the object will only sink to the depth where the weight of the liquid it is excluding is exactly equal to its own weight. Therefore, the hydrometer sinks deeper in the lighter liquid than in the heavier liquid. For example, it will sink deeper in alcohol than in alcohol mixed with water; It is shallower in pure milk than in milk mixed with water. Insert the hydrometer into various liquids with decreasing specific gravity in turn, such as sulfuric acid (1.8), water (1.0), ether (0.717), etc., and the sinking depth will gradually deepen.

3. PH tester

The solution is divided into acid and alkali. The "ruler" used to test the pH of the solution is the "extensive pH test paper", which is a ready-made test paper. When using it, tear off a piece and put it in a watch glass. Dip a drop of the solution to be measured with a dry glass rod, or use a rubber dropper to absorb the solution drop in the middle of the test paper, and then compare the color change of the test paper with the standard colorimetric card to know the pH of the solution, which is very convenient.

4. Peristaltic pump

The peristaltic pump is like squeezing a hose filled with fluid with fingers, and the fluid in the pipe moves forward as the fingers slide forward. The peristaltic pump is also based on the principle that the roller replaces the finger. The fluid is pumped by alternately squeezing and releasing the elastic delivery hose of the pump. Just like squeezing the hose with two fingers, with the movement of the fingers, negative pressure is formed in the pipe, and the liquid flows with it.

5. Foam meter

The foam analyzer is the first instrument that can be used for laboratory testing and quality control. It realizes objective and reproducible testing and comparison with foam kinetic energy. It automatically measures the foam properties of surface active aqueous solutions such as personal care products, soaps and detergents. Through temperature change, sample quantity and other parameter settings, the actual use of the product can be truly simulated.

6. Tapping torque machine

Tapping torque tester (lubricating medium comparison tester) is used to verify and test the performance of the tap and the test effect of the tool coating, and match the best lubricating medium, mainly for specific tools and processing materials. Compared with the friction tester, the tapping torque tester judges the cutting fluid by tapping directly, which is closer to the actual working condition.
