A customer responded that they focus on stretching and forming stainless steel elbows. The material processed by the customer is 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 0.8-1.2mm. Customers have always heard from others that peanut oil is used as stainless steel elbow forming oil, and as a result, some parts have problems such as cracking and bursting. Stretching and forming of stainless steel elbows has relatively high requirements for oil, because from the principle of elbow bending, the pipe wall that contacts the bending die is compressed, and the corresponding pipe wall away from the bending die is compressed. Stretching, therefore, especially the stretching and forming process of 304 stainless steel elbow, has relatively high requirements on the extreme pressure of the stretching oil.
