1. Range

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of cutting oils without sulfur, phosphorus and chlorine element additives.

3. Experiment Method
1) Kinematic viscosity
Measure according to GB/T 265.
2) Flash point
Measure according to GB/T 3536.
3) Maximum non-seize load PB value
Measure according to the provisions of GB/T 3142.
4) Corrosion test
Measure according to SH/T 0195.
5) Sulfur content
Measure according to GB/T 17040.
6) Chlorine content
Measure according to NB/SH/T 0929.
7) Phosphorus content
Measured as specified in ASTM D5185.

4.Testing Regulations
1) Inspection classification and inspection items
2) Factory inspection
Factory batch inspection items include: kinematic viscosity, flash point, PB value of maximum non-seize load, metal corrosion test and appearance. When there are no changes in raw materials and production processes that may affect product quality, the inspection items in the delivery cycle include: sulfur content, phosphorus content and chlorine content at least once a month.
3) type detection
Type testing is carried out in the following cases:
a) When a new product is put into production or product type identification;
b) When there are major changes in raw materials, production processes, etc., which may affect product quality;

c) When there is a big difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection results.

5. Batch
Under the condition that the raw materials and production process remain unchanged, each can or kettle of the product is a batch.
1) Sampling
Sampling is carried out in accordance with GB/T 4756, and the sampling amount should meet the required quantity for ex-factory inspection or type inspection and reserved samples.
2) Judgment rules
The factory inspection or type inspection results should be all qualified before leaving the factory.
3) Re-inspection rules
If the factory inspection results do not meet the requirements of the quality indicators in Table 1, re-extract double samples from the same batch of products according to the provisions of GB/T4756, and re-inspect the non-conforming items. If the re-inspection results still do not meet the technical requirements , the batch of products is judged to be unqualified.

6. Standards, Packaging, Shipping and Storage
Product marking, packaging, transportation, storage and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T 0164.
