What is the cause of smoke when metal cutting oil is processed? How to improve?

Many metal processing customers have reported that there is a problem of smoke when using cutting oil to process. What is the reason for this? Is there any way to improve it? Let's take a look at the causes and improvement methods of smoke when using cutting oil processing:

Reason:
1. The extreme pressure of metal cutting oil is poor;
2. The Base Oil has a low flash point;
3. Failure of the oil supply system, such as deviation of the oil supply position, insufficient oil supply, etc.;

4. The viscosity of the oil is too high.

Solution:
1. It is recommended to replace cutting oil products containing more sulfurized extreme pressure agents.
2. Replace base oil with high flash point as carrier.
3. Adjust the oil supply position, increase the oil supply of the oil pump, etc.
4. It is recommended to use the same base oil for dilution, or directly replace the product with lower viscosity.
