Influence of three different temperature environments: ① In the low temperature environment, the damping grease will harden and its consistency will increase. If it is applied to the use scenario of the motor, the starting current will increase. ② In the high temperature environment, the damping grease will become soft and its viscosity will decrease. When it is applied to the motor and gear, the adhesion of the damping grease may decrease, and the damping grease may not stick to the gear, as well as oil leakage and oil leakage. ③ The external application temperature environment is sensitive to the impact of damping grease, and the viscosity of grease will drop significantly when the high temperature exceeds 150 degrees. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the possible risks and the corresponding environmental application tests should be done.
During the use of damping grease, there are some risk points that need to be noted. It is particularly important to note that the damping force of the damping grease will increase by multiple in the low temperature use scenario. Once this happens, the starting current of the motor will rise in a straight line because the resistance of the damping grease becomes larger at low temperature. To restore the normal state of the original current, it needs to be placed in a room temperature environment for 15 minutes or more. The customer must pay attention to the possible risk point of damping grease when it is used at low temperature. It is recommended that the damping grease should be started at low temperature when it is used at low temperature.
