Machine tool guide rail lubricating oil is suitable for mechanical equipment with its own or surrounding guide rail devices, especially for equipment with its own hydraulic system and other mechanical components mixed together. Performance characteristics of guide rail oil Guide rail oil has low friction characteristics, multiple metal compatibility, oxidation and thermal stability, rust prevention and anti-corrosion protection, water and water-based separation, adhesion characteristics, load-bearing characteristics, and dual purpose design. 1. Can be used for lubricating screws, linear guides, headstocks, translation screws, cylindrical and conical gears, as well as light load worm gear rotating devices; 2. Used for hydraulic and guide rail lubrication to share a system machine tool; 3. A device used for aqueous coolant that can be contaminated by traditional mineral oil and shorten its service life. Common problems and solutions of guide rail oil When lubricating mechanical tools, the guide oil must minimize its friction and even excess movement to ensure that the processed material has a smooth surface. When mechanical tools are operating at low speeds and high loads, the guide rail oil should not lose adhesion or other adverse phenomena.
