Development Trend of High Temperature Chain Oil in the Future

With the rapid development of modern industry and the increasingly prominent environmental problems, the requirements for the use performance, operation reliability and service life, biodegradability, low or non-toxic properties of lubricants are getting higher and higher. Traditional mineral based lubricants have been difficult to meet these demanding requirements. Energy saving, environmental protection and long service life are the development trend of lubricating oil. The application of fully synthetic semi synthetic oil is more and more extensive. Therefore, the Synthetic Base Oil of PAO and synthetic ester is more and more concerned.

High Temperature Chain Oil


The esters used for high-temperature chain oil are diesters and polyol esters, and also trimellitic esters. The market driving force is higher thermal stability and lower sediment. Many products are manufactured under high temperature. The lubrication temperature of these chains is above 150 ℃, and can reach 1000 ℃ in a short time. The diesters can be used below 200 ℃, while polyol esters and trimellitic esters are used at 200~300 ℃. The oil is suitable for lubrication of chain transmission system of printing and dyeing heat setting, plastics, building materials, baking and other equipment.
