The following conditions must be met: fast volatility (especially under heating conditions), the surface of the workpiece is dry, no cleaning is required, excellent extreme pressure lubricity, prolong the service life of the mold, ensure good processing quality of the workpiece surface, and have anti-rust function. Can be used for short-term storage, high flash point, low odor, low viscosity, good cooling, harmless to human body and environment. Precision stamping oil Precision stamping oil is a special lubricating oil for the stamping of aluminum fins of air conditioners and evaporators, as well as copper tube expansion and bending. The production process has extremely high requirements on its lubricity, safety and volatility. The product has suitable lubricity and low temperature performance, which can improve the stamping quality of the workpiece, effectively protect the mold, no residue, non-toxic and tasteless, harmless to the human body, and non-corrosive to non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum. Classification of stamping and drawing oil: 1. Stamping and drawing oil can be divided into: Stainless steel stamping and stretching oil, iron stamping and stretching oil, aluminum alloy stamping and stretching oil, galvanized sheet stamping and stretching oil, cold-rolled sheet stamping and stretching oil, stainless iron stamping and stretching oil, etc. 2. Recommended products: volatile punching and shearing oil, volatilization time of ten minutes, characteristics: low viscosity, fast volatilization, no residue. 2) Product requirements for stamping of digital product terminal supports: 1. Anti-rust; 2. No-cleaning (volatile); 3. Lubrication. Recommended products: medium volatile punching and shearing oil, volatilization time between half an hour, characteristics: low viscosity, excellent extreme pressure lubricity, no residue and no cleaning. 3) Product requirements for stamping and forming of parts: 1. High lubrication; 2. High rust prevention (more than 1 week); 3. Some customers require oil to match other chemicals; 4. Moderate viscosity Recommended product: stamping oil, viscosity: 70-80, characteristics: moderate viscosity, strong adhesion, suitable for medium difficulty stamping and stretching 4) Product requirements for dishwashing dishes and stainless steel molding: 1. High lubrication; 2. High rust resistance (carbon steel); 3. Easy to clean; 4. Low odor and environmental protection. Recommended products: stamping oil, viscosity 30-45, features: easy to clean, and has good extreme pressure lubrication performance, effectively preventing strain.
